Emaali Events manages the event infrastructure: tents, chairs, PA systems. It exists first to serve the Emaali Cultural Festival itself, and then to earn between festivals by hiring the same assets to private parties.
That double use is the point. Equipment bought once for October works the rest of the year, which turns a cost the festival would carry anyway into the ecosystem’s most direct source of rental income.
Events is in development, and it is the ecosystem’s Year 1 commitment. The financial plan’s first year is capital acquisition — tents and PA systems among the first things bought.
