Bi-annual curated “Homecoming” tours to the Teso region for domestic and international tourists.

A professionalized music and dance ensemble representing Teso at national functions, weddings, and corporate events.

A logistics arm managing event infrastructure — tents, chairs, PA systems — serving the festival itself and hired out to private parties.

A premier lakeside destination on the outskirts of Lake Kyoga, and on one of its islands, focused on Teso cuisine and leisure.

Decent, permanent shelter for the Emaali Producer — recognition, in bricks and mortar, for the individual whose creative work anchors this festival.

Funding the study that turns a permanent Teso Cultural Centre from an idea into an engineered, fundable plan — the first concrete step toward a lasting home for Teso heritage.
