A permanent Teso Cultural Centre is the longest-standing ambition behind the Emaali Project, and the one that cannot begin with a building. It begins with a feasibility study: the work that turns an intention into an engineered, costed, fundable plan.
The study draws on the same commitment as the Housing Fund — a dedicated percentage of net profits from every business unit — directed here first, because nothing else can be designed until it is done.
It is at the planning stage. The festival’s stated outcome is 100% of the funds required for the feasibility study and the initial monument designs secured — the first concrete step toward a lasting home for Teso heritage.
